I have in March this year completed my NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care. My Assesser worked very well with me and, as I have dyslexia, all my work was done on pink paper. When we first met we planned how I wanted to do the work. I was only given the units that I needed to work on one at a time; my assessor kept my portfolio and this stopped me getting confused. I am very pleased with the way I was able to complete the NVQ and the help and support I got from my assessor.

"We have used Jemcare training for approximately 2 years (maybe more) and I have nothing but praise for the service we have received. The assessor we have is extremely flexible, reliable and well organised. If she says she will be here then I know she will be. This is so refreshing as in the past assessors (not Jemcare) have either not turned up, or we have found that they have left and the candiates have had to wait for replacements The fallout from this has been that the candidates have lost interest and discontinued with their training. I am now proud to say that almost all the care staff probably 80% have either completed NVQ training or are on the programme, this has been achieved through yourselves and in particular the assesor.
