JemCare can offer, fully funded , courses that give knowledge and skills in order for you to re-enter the job market as soon as possible. This could include CV preparation and training to meet skills gaps

Learning Champions

Would you like to have a dedicated member of staff who deals with the training needs of your organisation. This includes identifying relevant needs matching this to funding and training providers. We are able to offer workplaces free training and qualifications to help improve your staff numeracy and literacy. These courses should help candidates with report writing, medication, diary keeping, care planning and various aspects of a care givers job role.

Investors in People

At our first review after gaining Investors in people accreditation, we are pleased to be able to inform everyone that we have regained accreditation

Electronic Portfolio

We are now able to offer e-portfolio. This means that gathering evidence and assessment of work can be done elctronically. Completed portfolio can be presented on cd/dvd meaning less paper and less beaurocracy. Our statistics, so far, show that candidates are completing, on average, 25% quicker than candidates working on conventional paper portfolios.

New Courses

We are now offering NVQ Health and Social Care Level 3 with Childcare pathway for those working in Foster Care. This is a relatively new initiative for us, but we have a good, experienced team able to deliver this qualification
